We are looking for an Installation artist with a strong background or interest in visual merchandising to lead and execute compelling in-store visual experiences across our locations in Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Bangalore. This role combines visual storytelling, interior design with operational execution and is ideal for someone who brings creative direction, art direction and hands-on installation experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, produce, and implement immersive visual concepts that reflect our brand’s identity. The ideal candidate is hands on with a can do attitude, brings a unique aesthetic, has experience in art curation and installation, and a strategic understanding of retail or exhibition environments. This position requires close collaboration with the creative, retail and store teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Design and execute visual merchandising and seasonal product led art installations across four flagship stores.
  2. Create fashion-forward, culturally relevant in-store experiences that align with campaign themes and brand values.
  3. Lead the planning, sourcing, and setup of visual displays, window installations, and in-store experiences.
  4. Manage budgets, project production and installation timeline for visual displays, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  5. Work collaboratively with artists, fabricators, and vendors to bring installation concepts to life.
  6. Maintain consistency in visual presentation across all stores while allowing for local expression.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and installations; adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
  9. Collaborate with design, retail, and marketing teams to translate runway and lookbook narratives into physical form.
  10. Travel to store locations to lead installations, styling, and window displays.
  11. Maintain and refresh displays regularly; provide visual guidelines to in-store teams for upkeep.
  12. Research global trends in fashion retail, VM, and installation design to keep our spaces fresh and ahead of the curve.


Qualifications:


  1. A demonstrated ability to conceptualize, present and execute ideas.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking, and creative output
  3. Strong creative vision and attention to detail, and an exceptional eye for styling and proportion.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  6. Experience working with fabrication teams, installation crews, and artists.
  7. Knowledge of materials, lighting, and installation techniques.
  8. Ability to lift and move objects as part of installation work.
  9. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) is a must.
  10. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams if necessary.
  11. Experience working in high-end or experiential fashion retail is preferred, though not necessary
  12. Comfortable working with tools, props, and physical installations.
  13. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple timelines and locations.
  14. Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or other 3D layout tools.
  15. Previous experience preferred but not a must.
