All orders are shipped from our store in New Delhi, India using Bluedart, Fedex, DHL, UPS, UK Mail or UBX.
Free Shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card, debit card or net banking.
We ship all over the world, at a flat rate of INR 2000/- charged per item for all international orders. Please note that the custom duty fee is to be paid by the customer itself.
When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will contact you for the correct information. Please note that we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number. If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments due to an incorrect address.
Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 3 working days.
We have made arrangements for Fedex, UPS, and DHL to custom clear your items and deliver them to your doorstep in order to make your buying experience as easy as possible. We make an effort to prevent the imposition of any additional tariffs or taxes. However, because they differ from nation to nation and are unpredictable, the buyer will be responsible for paying any customs fees and/or handling fees assessed by the courier service.
