The candidate's responsibilities will include:
Leading the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including but not limited to print,
online, mobile app, visual merchandising in the stores and outdoor events; collateral materials; internal
training and external marketing material; and knowledge-based content for customers.
Supervising our creative team and ensuring that timelines are being met.
Coordinating with the digital marketing and creative teams to deliver the day to day digital marketing assets
requirement.
Working with the sales and digital team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.
Working with copywriters to develop strategies for day to day posts as well as social media campaigns and
website content.
Creating presentations, project plans, and delivery reports across the creative department.
Creating a database of videos and photos and participate in sharing creative input from the inception of
the moodboard to the editing of final photos.
Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
Building our creative team and hiring, training, and managing design staff.
Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished projects within those parameters.
Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.

Requirements:
