  • Creating a database of videos and photos and participate in sharing creative input from the inception of the moodboard to the editing of final photos.
  • Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
  • Building our creative team and hiring, training, and managing design staff.
  • Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished projects within those parameters.
  • Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the brand.
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve design department processes.
  • Overlooking the work of design and advertising agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in design, marketing, or management related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in this field with experience in managing projects.
  • Proficiency with computers and project management softwares.
  • High level of accountability and motivation.
  • Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Should be able to illustrate in illustrator and be able to produce clean vector files.
  • Must know how to prepare artworks for print and digital publishing ( dielines / crop marks / scaling images for web etc.)

Specific responsibilities will include:

Financial and Business Management

  • Overall management and oversight of all financial and growth targets. Develop and oversee budgets and financial performance of each store and drive initiatives to lead growth while maintaining control of expenses.
