The safety of the entire VNV family is of utmost importance.. includes undoubtedly included our diligent logistics team. While we work to keep our platform operating , we understand there will be certain challenges. We ask for you to bare with us on delivery times and we ask at this time to hold all Exchange requests. We will review each individually and based on our ability to arrange reverse logistics, we will determine the viability and of each request.

All sales at VegNonVeg and vegnonveg.com are final.

We have limited and curated collection, which means Exchanging and Returning would not be possible always. However, if it's a genuine Size Exchange we can surely support. No Returns or Exchanges are allowed on Shoe Care/Crep products.

Please inform us within 7 days of order of any request like this, and we will try to accommodate. In most cases we can accept exchange ONLY if box and tags are intact. And only for size exchange, if we don't have your size available, we will provide a store credit.

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
