We are seeking a Senior Executive- Ecommerce with a strong understanding of ecommerce functions and operations. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in the ecommerce domain and possess excellent skills in data analytics, product listing, website asset management, and backend operations. This role involves managing daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly MIS reports, and overseeing day-to-day ecommerce tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Specific Responsibility will include:

1. Oversee and manage daily ecommerce operations to ensure seamless functioning
2. Prepare and maintain ecommerce MIS reports on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.   
3. Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.  
4. Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization.  
5. Handle website asset management, updating and maintaining website content.   
6. Work on website backend to ensure all functionalities are operating as expected.  
7. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.  
8. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.   
9. Assist in various day-to-day ecommerce tasks as required.  
10. Collaborate with different teams to ensure cohesive ecommerce strategies and operations.

  Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 
2. 4 to 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations. 
3. Proficiency in Excel and experience in preparing detailed MIS reports. 
4. Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and backend management. 
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product listings and website assets. 
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
