The Jordan x NOMARHYTHM TEXTILE Bomber Jacket is the centerpiece of the collaboration — and probably the clearest expression of what happens when Jordan’s sportswear language meets a Tokyo label obsessed with textiles and craft.
Founded by Masako Noguchi and Takuma Sasaki, NOMARHYTHM is known for hand-drawn textiles, embroidery and traditional techniques interpreted in unexpected ways. For this collection, the pair imagined a fictional sports team called “RHYTHM”, using its uniform to connect Japanese tailoring and craft with Jordan’s athletic heritage. The idea follows a principle that has long defined the label: “Free interpretation creates new style.”
The black cotton bomber brings that approach into the details. Floral embroidery and graphic appliqués sit across the jacket, with embroidered lettering at the front and oversized “Rhythm Shooter” artwork across the back. A red Jumpman and NOMARHYTHM branding add contrast, while the patterned lining turns the inside into another layer of the design. Elasticated cuffs and hem keep the shape rooted in classic sportswear.
