The Nike Air Max Dolce “Old Royal” brings back one of Nike’s early-2000s experiments. Originally released in 2002, the laceless silhouette sat somewhere between a running shoe and a dress shoe long before sneaker-loafers were a thing. Comme des Garçons pulled it back into view for SS26, and now the Dolce is back in several colourways!
This pair is executed almost completely in a striking royal blue, covering the moulded upper and overlay cage. The sole is black with a visible Max Air bubble in the heel, keeping the sports reference obvious underneath a shape that still looks futureproof more than 20 years later.
